Carcass tarjoilee faneilleen vuosien tauon jälkeen uutta musiikkia: kuuntele uusi ”Under the Scalpel Blade”

Englantilainen äärimetallia soittava Carcass julkaisi fanien iloksi uuden ”Under the Scalpel Blade” -kappaleen. Alun perin single ilmestyi osana Decibel -lehden Flexi-sarjaa, ja bändi nauhoitti sen tulevan albuminsa nauhoituksen yhteydessä.

Carcassin järjestyksessään seitsemäs studioalbumi ilmestyy ensi vuoden aikana, joskin tarkkaa ilmestymispäivää ei ole ilmoitettu. Edellinen ”Surgical Steel” -studioalbumi ilmestyi vuonna 2013.

Laulaja-basisti Jeff Walker kertoi singlestä:

”It’s always difficult trying to decide what new song to expose people to, especially given an absence of nearly seven years???? With that in mind here’s a slow throw away number we cobbled together, and NO the title was NOT plagiarized from the DISORDER album of the same title before you ask!”
